Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If its a preorder or more time is needed it will be mentioned on the particular product. We request you to check the shipping timeline before placing the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched via DTDC, Shree Maruti, Blue Dart, Trackon & DHL .
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within India:
- Standard Shipping — ₹100 for orders below ₹3,500
- Free Standard Shipping — Complimentary on all orders of ₹3,500 and above
- Express Shipping — ₹500 for priority delivery
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days for standard; 2–3 business days for express, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Canada. and to many other countries. International shipping rates are weight-based and range from ₹1,800 to ₹2800 per kg, calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.
